Tools for Selecting Color Schemes

I was at a conferences yesterday and the speaker demonstrated several tools that you may find useful for selecting color schemes

Color Scheme Generator 2 This tool is developed by a company named Wellstyled and allows you to select colors from the color-wheel and it recommends several colors to use based on your selection. You can choose your setting from :mono-chromatic, contrast, triad, tetrad, or analogic. The site also offers good information to make understanding color easy in the "more info & help" section.

Kuler Is an Adobe product that allows you to create color schemes, store color schemes and browse other people themes. It's integrated with Adobe's CS4 products. You do need to install the latest verision of Flash to use it.

Accessibility Color Wheel This tool helps analyze the color contrast of a color pairing and demonstrates how users with vision deficiencies will view the colors selected.
