The first workaround is the better of the two in my opinion. The second works well only if you: A) Don't care about displaying your real name (perhaps it is a common name); B) Choose to post under a fictitious name. (A) obviously will not apply to everyone and using a false name is not a practice that should be condoned.) Perhaps the government could just allow citizens to post anonymously in the first place (we already vote secretly in elections)?
