Some of your web site's most important online audiences are just too busy to browse. Media, policy-makers, and other influential visitors are seeking specific information and they want to find it fast. To grab their attention, policy organizations, advocates, and other nonprofits must create a user experience that is efficient, familiar, and in their preferred format.
In this session for senior executives and site managers, presenters made the case that a successful user experience is one that balances the best usability practices while serving an organization's purpose and mission.
The session was moderated by Sophie Campagne of Forum One.
