Develop both a public and a private Internet presence to allow SEEP’s 50+ member organizations to share resources and collaborate.
Forum One Solution
Working closely with the SEEP Network, Forum One Communications created a new design and implemented powerful content management technology to provide SEEP with both an easy to manage public internet presence and a highly effective, behind-the-scenes, web-based tool to promote resource sharing and collaboration. To achieve this, Forum One:
- Developed a strategic plan for a public web site and private workspaces.
- Replaced existing web site with dynamic database driven content management system and new graphical look.
- Implemented project 'Work Spaces' and trained staff to facilitate management of SEEP's working groups and programs worldwide.
The result has been a modern web site built upon a flexible platform that will allow for future growth. Combined, the public and private tools are helping SEEP's program and working group managers work much more efficiently. SEEP is able to provide innovative services online that directly impact its membership and improve their performance in the field.
