ProjectSpaces is a simple, secure, and powerful online collaboration tool that helps groups easily connect, share, and collaborate. Forum One helped ProjectSpaces dramatically improve Google search engine rankings and total site traffic with a comprehensive approach to search engine optimization (SEO).
 
We started by identifying a list of keywords and phrases that would be used by key ProjectSpaces audiences, making sure to target the right keywords and phrases potential customers would use when searching for collaboration tools and similar products. We optimized "on-page SEO" by including search-friendly page titles, descriptions, meta-tags, headers, code, copy, and other factors to make the site score well in search engine algorithms. For "off-page SEO," we developed a strategy for link building and marketing via blogging and other social media channels. We also planned and implemented a Google Adwords campaign with over 500 keyword combinations. Lastly, we set up detailed goals in Google Analytics to track the effectiveness of the entire internet marketing plan and understand where customers were coming from, and what activities were yielding the biggest bang for the buck. Over two years, we increased organic Google search traffic by more than 400 percent and overall traffic by more than 300 percent.
