Sophie has an insatiable desire to understand what makes people tick and what motivates them to take action. That curiosity is one reason she is a recognized expert in the user experience and design field.
Sophie heads Forum One's User Experience and Design practice, leading a talented team of information architects, interface engineers, and visual designers producing user-centric sites and online applications.
In all aspects of her work, Sophie aims to develop tailored usability solutions that balance an organization's mission with its audiences' needs. Sophie is passionate about designing simple, intuitive experience for users -- in effect, learning and responding to what makes people tick.
