William Hurley

William was born in Bangkok, Thailand, and grew up in India, Panama, and Morocco. Now he delves into languages and cultures that are more of the programming variety. He has been developing on the web since 1997 using PHP, Java, Adobe Flex, JavaScript, and ColdFusion. He also has skills in XHTML/HTML, CSS, XML, and he is a Zend Certified Engineer. He combines technical web development with a knowledge of organizational system design.

William delivers the most appropriate technical solution to satisfy the business objectives within the constraints set forth by the client and the project manager. Before joining Forum One in 2008, he worked for Filnet, developing web applications for the District of Columbia. He received a B.S. from George Mason University's Department of Computer Science.

William is a culinary aficionado with a particularly soft spot for curry. When he's not programming, he likes to spend time with his wife and 3-year-old daughter.
