Forum One is seeking an IT Operations Manager.  You'll be an integral part of our organization, working collaboratively with each and every department to make sure we're helping them deliver the best work possible by providing best in class tools and infrastructure.


What you’ll do:

  • Administer services such as Bitwarden, Confluence, GitHub, Google Workspace, Jamf, JumpCloud, Office 365, Okta, Slack, Zoom
  • Maintains and manages budgetary requirements for improvements, equipment purchases, and ongoing services
  • Manage a mixed MacBook and Windows environment (primarily Mac)
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to execute improvements
  • Manage network infrastructure (pfSense, Meraki) across 2 physical offices (can be done remotely)
  • Maintain, develop, and implement organizational IT strategy
  • Work closely across company divisions to right-size IT needs


What you bring to the table: 

  • 4+ years of IT support experience in mixed environments
  • Proficiency in a scripting language
  • Experience with MDM (Jamf, JumpCloud preferred)
  • Experience working in an agency or consulting environment
  • Experience collaborating with others and working in small teams


What would be nice: 

  • Basic networking knowledge. We don’t need you to be a CCIE, but basic knowledge of subnetting, routing, and VLANs would be a bonus. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
