Marketing Operations Specialist

Forum One is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist in its Arlington HQ office. Remote will also be considered. This is a key role within our corporate marketing department, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing our digital marketing operations so that they effectively align with our marketing and sales pipeline goals with new prospects and existing clients.


What you'll do:

  • Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize email drip campaigns with target audiences
  • Operate Forum One’s suite of marketing automation tools and integrations, and ensure that tagging, scoring/grading, lead assignments, and content follow-up runs smoothly
  • Lead Forum One’s website conversational marketing strategy
  • Track and analyze Forum One’s website analytics in order to provide recommendations on optimization and change


What you bring to the table: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing operations and analytics
  • A deep interest and commitment to the success of the mission-driven sector
  • Proven experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a keen editorial eye
  • A collaborative team mindset that supports our brand and goals


What would be nice:

  • Experience in digital advertising (social and search)
  • Experience with digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Sketch, Photoshop)
  • Salesforce and Pardot specific experience/certifications
  • Advanced Google Analytics experience
