The VP of HR will align our people practices with our core values, our DEIA commitment, our business strategy, and our company mission. The VP of HR will play a leadership role in helping us have a stronger impact for our clients, become a better employer who is more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible, and grow as a financially successful employee-owned company. They will also ensure that all policies and procedures are in compliance with all federal, state, and local statutes/regulations. What you’ll do:  

  • Capacity Planning:  Ensure Forum One has the capabilities to support our clients’ needs and company growth and goals.
  • Training and Development & Career Growth: Ensure Forum One departments provide excellent staff training and development opportunities to support career growth and meet our business needs. 
  • Employee Relations and Retention:  Ensure Forum One has high staff satisfaction, a strong and inclusive culture, and high employee retention.  
  • DEIA: Ensure Forum One improves as a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible organization year by year. 
  • Workplace Strategy: Forum One provides all employees with a work environment and support so they can perform their jobs and advance their careers regardless of where they sit day to day.
  • Team Performance Management: Ensure Forum One manages staff performance to meet the needs of our clients and our business.

  • You’ll work closely with the CEO and other VPs across the company every day.

What you’ll bring to the table: 

  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience including most in a managerial role, and spanning talent acquisition and management, total rewards, workforce planning, employee experience, employee relations, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related area
  • Demonstrated experience with implementing and leading DEIA efforts
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
  • Extensive experience with Training and Development
