30 Years of Forum One: What It Means to Build Something You Own

Great work happens when people care about what they're building and understand why it matters. As Forum One marks 30 years in business in 2026, Employee Ownership Month is a chance to reflect on the people and shared goals that have shaped our company and continue to guide our future.

For three decades, our team has brought curiosity, creativity, and technical skills to complex challenges. We've partnered with organizations working to make a difference in the world, helping them reach their audiences, improve their digital experiences, and advance their missions.

In 2013, Forum One became an employee-owned company through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Today, we're proud to have 13 years of employee ownership as part of the Forum One story.

Being an employee-owner means thinking beyond the project in front of us and caring about the success of the business as a whole. It means doing great work for our clients today while investing in the people, relationships, and skills that will help Forum One grow and succeed in the years ahead.

Ownership also means taking responsibility for the choices we make. How do we create value for our clients? Where should we invest to keep up with a changing digital world? How do our everyday decisions affect the business? Understanding how our work connects to the bigger picture helps us make better decisions and build a stronger company together.

As we look back on 30 years of Forum One and 13 years of employee ownership, we're proud of what we've built together. And because we're employee-owners, we each have a stake in what comes next. We're not just helping shape the future of Forum One. We're building it together.
