A Warm Welcome to Brian Graves and Sandra Armenta, new VPs at Forum One!

It’s my great pleasure to welcome new leadership at Forum One. Beginning this month, Vice Presidents Brian Graves and Sandra Armenta take on vital roles in Engineering and Human Resources.

As Vice President, Engineering, Brian Graves brings an ability to navigate ever-changing technology and sharpen the cutting-edge skills we deploy for our mission-driven partners. As a digital agency, engineering powers all that we do. Brian will support and grow our teams with innovative and future-friendly technology.

Brian was most recently a Senior Director of Engineering for Merkle, a 5,000+ person marketing and advertising agency. At Merkle he led a 100+ person, multi-disciplinary, digital experience engineering practice.

As Vice President, Human Resources, Sandra Armenta helps build our greatest strength and most important asset—our staff. Sandra will work to align our people practices with our core values, our DEIA commitment, our business strategy, and our mission.

Sandra has served as Director of HR for the Entertainment Software Association, the National PTA organization, and the Society for Neuroscience. In these roles, she was responsible for defining HR policies and practices, developing and leading staff training, establishing DEI programs, and leading organizational change efforts.

The workplace is transforming faster than ever in the history of the world, my goal is to be a future focused HR leader that embraces change, thinks strategically and links talent with the tools and practices that will help our teams  and the organization prosper. I am passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations and believe that each of us plays a key role in ensuring we as individuals, our team, and the overall organization succeeds. It takes a village and I am honored to be part of Forum One’s team.
