As Forum One’s Enterprise Change Enablement Director, Angele leads the creation and implementation of strategies for organizational change, aimed at modernizing the workplace and enhancing productivity. With over ten years of experience managing cross-functional teams in education, finance, and technology, she has a strong track record of launching complex digital products, optimizing operations, and achieving significant cost savings. Angele utilizes her management skills to ensure the smooth adoption of new tools and drives learning, communication, and process improvement initiatives, creating a productive and engaging work environment at Forum One. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration from Wagner College. Angele also holds Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications.
