I am very excited to share that Meigan Ward has joined Forum One as our Vice President of Human Resources!

As our VP of HR, Meigan will lead all aspects of how we attract, develop, and retain an excellent team for fulfilling careers and helping our clients make an impact in the world. This is an exciting time for Forum One, with our growth to more than 150 staff, our team increasingly dispersed across the country, our ongoing focus on becoming a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible organization, and our transition to becoming a majority employee-owned business. Meigan will play a key role in these and all aspects of how we grow as an excellent organization for our fellow employee-owners. 

Meigan comes to Forum One with a terrific combination of results-driven HR management and being an empathetic people leader for more than 17 years. Her background spans a number of industries including insurance, healthcare, government technology, and digital services. Meigan holds a BA in Psychology from Norfolk State University and a Master’s in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, she has a Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University, and is a Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) and a Certified Internal Investigator. Meigan lives in Maryland with her husband and daughter.
