Terri Scales is a Senior Project Manager at Forum One, where she leads project teams as trusted partners to clients, helping them achieve their goals with a focus on quality, efficiency, and impact. She brings more than 15 years of experience working with nonprofits and government agencies in Chicago and Colorado across fundraising, communications, and operations roles. Before joining Forum One, Terri worked in digital consulting, leading website and app development and optimization projects. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
