Irma Martinez

Irma manages staff benefits for existing staff and new hires. She ensures new hires are enrolled in all the appropriate benefit programs and manages policy, procedures, compliance, and staff on-boarding. She earned her B.A. in Politics from Marymount University. Irma has experience working with government contractors and non-profit associations in bringing in comprehensive benefits programs for employees, as well as handling open-enrollment, policy changes, and maintaining compliance.
