Personalization 1.x: Improving User Engagement for Mission-Driven Organizations

Website personalization is not just for online retailers. Mission-driven organizations can also leverage data-driven segmentation to tailor digital experiences with the goal of increasing engagement with their audiences. Our team has built a Drupal-based tool to help your organization deepen connections with your audiences— and we’ll be giving you a demo!

During this discussion and demo, we’ll share:

  • What personalization is and how to employ user segmentation
  • How to better shape the content that your audiences need
  • How to personalize experiences for unauthenticated site visitors

After this webinar, you’ll walk away with an understanding of how website personalization can drive audience engagement and how Forum One’s new personalization tool provides a flexible, content-focused way to quickly and effectively add personalization to your existing website. We hope you can join us!
