Your 2020 Digital Strategy: Putting a Plan into Action

It’s almost 2020. New year, new plan, right?

If you have a general digital strategy plan that you’re working from to ensure that you are covering your tactical outputs (e.g., running events, publishing blog posts, managing your social media handles, etc.), now is the right time to reflect on what has been working, what you should adjust, and how you can hit the ground running in 2020.

In this webinar, we will cover how to put next year’s digital strategy plan into action using what you’ve learned in 2019, and what you’re hoping to achieve in 2020. And in case you don’t yet have a formal plan or strategy in place, this is a good opportunity to think about how the various elements of your digital ecosystem and tactical outputs can (and should) work together to reach your goals.

You will learn:

  • How to mine lessons learned from your 2019 digital strategy efforts.
  • How to adjust your 2019 efforts to fit your digital strategy for 2020.
  • Practical tips for executing your digital strategy practice in 2020.

By the end of this session, you will be armed with some very practical tips and lessons to make sure that you are well-organized to put your 2020 plan in place, as well as the confidence that you are thinking about and prioritizing the right things to be successful in the new year.
