About the Webby Awards
According to The New York Times, the Webby Awards are āThe Internetās highest honor.ā The awards are presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS) ā a 2000+ member judging body. The Academy comprises leading internet experts, business figures, luminaries, visionaries and creative celebrities along with former Webby winners, nominees and other internet professionals.Ā
Smithsonian American Womenās History Museum: Becoming Visible

The Smithsonian American Womenās History Museum (SAWHM) engaged Forum One to design and develop its first digital exhibition, āBecoming Visible: Bringing American Womenās History into Focus,ā an immersive, multimedia storytelling experience narrated by actress Rosario Dawson.
Launched in March 2024 for International Women’s Day with a virtual event featuring First Lady Jill Biden and āWonder Womanā actress Lynda Carter, āBecoming Visibleā was not only the museumās first digital exhibition, but its first-ever exhibition overall. For stakeholders, it served as a proof-of-concept that even without a physical museum or extensive collection of objects, SAWHM can deliver beautiful, engaging, digital-first stories that offer powerful visitor experiences.
