Through in-depth discovery and research, we uncover issues around audiences, content, branding, data, and technical requirements that allow a foundation to complete a digital transformation that delivers online content, services, and resources through a cohesive digital ecosystem. Forum One worked with the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation to completely rethink their digital ecosystem from the ground up, and optimize how they attract, engage, and grow their target audiences, including donors and supporters.
Web design and development
A foundation’s website is one of the biggest touchpoints a person will experience with its brand. Forum One works with foundations to harness the power of open source web platforms to design and deliver cohesive online experiences that culminate in clear, user-friendly, audience-facing websites. We worked with the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation team to re-imagine, redesign, and redevelop their website to increase engagement and drive action to achieve the Foundation’s ambitious goal of an AIDS-free generation.
Strategic and results-driven support
A digital strategy and ecosystem are not finished after implementation. Foundations need to continually measure and adjust their approaches to drive consistent long-term progress toward their organizational goals. Forum One has been working with the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation since 2015 to provide strategic guidance, ongoing website improvements, security patching and coordination, and quality assurance to increase engagement with the Foundation’s digital properties.
